Workshop Title – Finding Common Ground: Conflict Resolution For Leadership Teams
Creating lasting change takes a village. Change can happen in a variety of ways, but what happens when that village can’t get along to evoke those changes? In this interactive workshop, participants will gain strategies for conflict resolution, mediation and consensus-building for student leadership groups. Together, these skills can build a strong and impactful team of leaders within your school and community.
